 Architecture (Sports) - Designer

Description:
PBK Sports is in search of a talented individual to fill the role of Sports Designer. The Designer will lead the architectural design of athletic facilities for all PBK's offices, including stadiums, arenas, natatoriums and playing fields. Extensive project experience in Sports Facilities, including collegiate or professional basketball, baseball and football stadiums, is mandatory to be considered for this position.

The Designer must have extensive experience drawing, sketching and preparing design presentation drawings.  Corporate - BIM Manager

Description:
The BIM Manager's role is to understand how BIM will affect project workflows throughout PBK. The primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files, and models across all of PBK's six offices. The Manager will perform all essential functions and responsibilities in accordance with the PBK's values and commitment to client service.

Requirements:

General
  • Oversee BIM software firm-wide, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support for all BIM installations as well as analysis to solve BIM user issues
  • Provide end-user training, support and leadership
  • Manage and create content library files and templates, creating and enforcing standards and evaluating project models
  • Organize and manage a group of specialists in all of PBK's offices to assist in the implementation process

Standards
  • Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement

 Corporate - Database Administrator

Description:
This position is based in PBK's corporate office in Houston. The employee maintains technical control over maintenance and development of the company's marketing database, intranet and website. The candidate should be proficient in solution/application design; application customization using the latest development protocols and tools. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate with the marketing team, partners, and MBU leaders to create dynamic tools that foster enhanced communication and efficiency.

As an additional resource to the marketing team, this individual will participate, from time-to-time, in the marketing production processes associated with RFQ/RFP responses for new business opportunities.  Corporate - Manager, Community Engagement Services / Bond Planning

This position is based in PBK's corporate Houston office. The employee will manage the evolution, direction and implementation of PBK's Community Engagement Services (CES). Specializing in K-12 learning environments for 30+ years, PBK has established itself as an industry authority in planning, packaging and communicating public school bond programs. PBK's CES offers its clients a host of streamlined communications, public relations, marketing and associated project management services that ensure maximum community saturation of information related to school bond planning, recommendations and outcomes.

 Corporate - Marketing Coordinator

Description:
This position is based in PBK's corporate office in Houston. The employee maintains creative control over special projects within the marketing department, including brochure design, mailer design, layouts for submittals and firm advertisements. The position also supports the corporate office as necessary for requests related to office graphics and technical support of marketing production assets.

This employee will be actively involved in the marketing production processes associated with RFQ/RFP responses for new business opportunities for multiple service divisions within PBK. This requires the individual to direct and oversee the efforts of architects, engineers, consultants and all other staff resources in the firm when formulating coordinated materials that best represent the firm's qualifications. This individual must have the ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Organizes, coordinates and controls activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals.
  • Actively involved in the development of and is responsible for maintaining all marketing resource materials-brochures, data, slides, color copies, photography, files, and marketing database.
  • Liaison with clients, consultants, photographers, service bureaus, printers and suppliers.
  • Coordinates work with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc. and consultants.
  • Performs research for others upon request.
  • Technical resource and coordinator for projects, requests and presentations.
  • Responsible for executing all group mail-outs and e-blasts

Additional Responsibilities
:
  • Organizes, coordinates, authors, maintains client promotional web sites
  • Utilizes content management system to maintain/update PBK's corporate web site
  • Coordinates project photography
  • Assists marketing department with special projects as needed.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in related field (marketing, journalism, graphic design, etc.)
  • Prior marketing production experience with A/E/C company a plus
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (latest version) and Microsoft Office Suite (latest version)
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, including use of color palettes, master slides, imported elements and template creation a plus
  • Ability to generate impressive graphics products under strict deadlines
