|  | | After relocating its headquarters from Maryland to Houston in 2006, P2MG began working with PBK on numerous projects. In the summer of 2008, the two companies secured a state-approved Mentor-Protégé agreement. Sponsored by Texas A&M University and The University of Texas, the program has enabled the two companies to work collaboratively through the sharing of work processes, technical resources and manpower.

P2MG has traditionally offered Job Order Contracting, construction management, project management training and cost estimating services. Through its protégé relationship with PBK, the company has expanded to offer full architectural planning and design services through its DBA, The Nelson Collaborative.
