Business Development Representative
PBK is in search of a Dallas-based Business Development Representative who can generate and pursue new business opportunities that best fit PBK's long-term strategic goals for growth in Healthcare, Higher-Education, K-12, and federal/government markets.
This challenging and fast paced position will require personable candidates with an ability to present PBK's comprehensive A/E services in a compelling, innovative way. The candidate must have high organizational skills, energetic and professional sales ability to develop and build relationships with new clients to support our marketing and business development goals. PBK would prefer this individual have prior/existing relationships with the General Services Administration, the Corps of Engineers, or other Federal agencies with the ability to award Architectural and Engineering Design Services Contracts.
The candidate must be able to work closely with our senior management and senior client executives to research, identify and evaluate new business opportunities, present recommendations to management, "open doors" and generate new business opportunities. The candidate should have extremely strong inter-personal skills; aggressive, client-oriented personalities with a knack for creative problem solving, a strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes" attitude toward problem solving will succeed in this position.

Candidate Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university.
- Must have at least ten years business development experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Prior experience or relationships in the federal government marketplace a strong plus.
- Must have ability to travel and have flexible working hours.

Healthcare Market Director
PBK is in search of a licensed architect to serve as the Healthcare Market Director for the PBK Healthcare practice in Dallas. This position will require a personable candidate with experience in delivery of healthcare facilities, ranging from less complex outpatient clinic environments to more complex inpatient environments including experience with emergency medicine, critical care, operating/interventional suites, diagnostic imaging and nursing environments. The candidates must have the ability to manage the development of the healthcare market service in the region which includes building client relationships, consultant relationships, and all aspects of recruiting and management of the healthcare staff to deliver projects.
