Electrical Engineer
PBK is in search of a candidate to fill the position of Electrical Engineer/Designer. This position will require a personable candidate with experience in the design of electrical distribution systems, power systems and lighting systems for commercial and educational facilities including branch circuit and feeder calculations, equipment specification and emergency power system layout. The candidate should have strong inter-personal skills.
- A minimum of 5 years work experience with an engineering consultant.
- 4 or 5 year engineering degree (or technology equivalent) from an accredited university.
- Must have a current State of Texas registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.).
- Strong client service skills.
- Proficient in Autocad.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines.

Healthcare Market Director
PBK is in search of a licensed architect to serve as the Healthcare Market Director for the PBK Healthcare practice in Dallas. This position will require a personable candidate with experience in delivery of healthcare facilities, ranging from less complex outpatient clinic environments to more complex inpatient environments including experience with emergency medicine, critical care, operating/interventional suites, diagnostic imaging and nursing environments. The candidates must have the ability to manage the development of the healthcare market service in the region which includes building client relationships, consultant relationships, and all aspects of recruiting and management of the healthcare staff to deliver projects.

The candidates should be a leader and work well in a team environment with senior management. Prior experience working for an Architectural consultant or related firm is required. The candidates should have extremely strong inter-personal skills. Aggressive, client oriented personalities with a desire to lead creative problem solving will succeed in this position. PBK is in search of a licensed architect to fill the role of architectural project manager. This demanding and fast paced position will require a personable candidate with extensive experience in client service. Prior experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant, or construction related firm is required. The candidate should have extremely strong inter-personal skills. This challenging and fast-paced position will require a personable candidate with experience in the design of educational facilities, drawing, sketching, and preparation of design presentation drawings. The candidate must possess the ability to create design concepts and continue the development through all design phases. The candidates should work well in a design team environment and with senior management. Prior experience working for an architectural consultant or related firm is required.
